Terms & Conditions

By using Bayon Marketplace, you agree to these terms.

1General Terms of Service

1.1 Platform Role. Bayon Marketplace ("Platform", "we", "us") acts as an intermediary between independent buyers and sellers of digital goods and services. We are not the seller or buyer in any transaction.

1.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

1.3 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately.

1.4 Modifications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

1.5 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a competent authority in Cambodia.

2Buyer Policy

✅ Escrow Protection

Your payment is held securely in escrow. Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm receipt of the product or after the warranty period expires.

2.1 Purchase Agreement. By clicking "Pay Now" or "Buy Now", you enter a binding purchase agreement with the seller. You agree to pay the listed price and accept the product's stated terms and conditions.

2.2 Digital Products. All products sold on this Platform are digital goods. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital goods cannot always be "returned" once delivered. Refunds are subject to dispute resolution.

2.3 Account Credentials. If you purchase account credentials (e.g., social media accounts, software licenses), you accept that the seller's warranty terms apply. The Platform is not responsible for account bans or restrictions caused by your actions after delivery.

2.4 Warranty Claims. You have the warranty period (as stated on each listing) to report issues. After this period, the order is auto-completed and funds released to the seller. File disputes promptly.

2.5 Prohibited Conduct. You may not attempt to reverse a legitimate payment, file false disputes, or abuse the warranty/refund system. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.

2.6 Wallet Funds. Wallet balances are non-refundable except in cases of verified fraud or platform error. Deposits are final once processed.

3Seller Policy

💰 Commission: 5% Flat Rate

We charge a 5% commission on each completed sale. Platform Store (Bayon Official) products are exempt from commission charges.

3.1 Seller Agreement. By applying as a seller, you agree to list only products you have the legal right to sell. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and the quality of your products.

3.2 Product Accuracy. All product descriptions, warranties, and terms must be accurate and not misleading. Misrepresentation will result in listing removal and potential account suspension.

3.3 Delivery Obligation. For manual-delivery listings, you must deliver the product within the stated delivery window. Failure to deliver results in automatic order cancellation and full refund to the buyer.

3.4 Warranty Obligations. You are bound by the warranty terms stated on your listing. If a buyer files a valid warranty claim within the stated period, you must either replace the product or issue a refund through the dispute process.

3.5 Prohibited Listings. You may not list stolen accounts, hacked goods, items obtained through fraud, malware, or any illegal digital goods. See Section 4 for the full prohibited items list.

3.6 Withdrawal. Earnings are held in your seller wallet. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after admin approval. Minimum withdrawal: $5.00.

3.7 Account Conduct. Sellers must not communicate with buyers outside the Platform for purposes of circumventing the escrow system. Verified circumvention results in permanent suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.

4Prohibited Items & Conduct

  • Hacked, stolen, or fraudulently obtained accounts or credentials
  • Malware, viruses, spyware, or any harmful software
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Services promoting violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
  • Counterfeit software licenses or stolen activation keys
  • Unauthorized use of another person's identity or documents
  • Money laundering, pump-and-dump schemes, or financial fraud
  • Fake reviews, fabricated ratings, or review manipulation services

Listings violating these rules will be removed immediately. Sellers found in violation face permanent suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5Disputes & Refunds

5.1 Dispute Process. If you have an issue with an order, first attempt to resolve it through the Order Chat. If unresolved, open a formal dispute within the warranty period via the order detail page.

5.2 Admin Review. Our team reviews all disputes within 2–5 business days. We may request evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.) from both parties.

5.3 Refund Issuance. If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor, funds are returned to the buyer's wallet balance within 24 hours of the decision.

5.4 Final Decision. Platform admin decisions on disputes are final. Both parties agree to accept the outcome as binding.

5.5 Auto-Completion. Orders auto-complete after the stated warranty period if no dispute is filed. Once auto-completed, funds are released to the seller and disputes are no longer accepted.

6Privacy & Data

6.1 Data Collection. We collect your email, username, and transaction data necessary to operate the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6.2 Security. Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. Payment data is not stored on our servers — all payment processing is handled by Bakong/ABA.

6.3 Cookies. We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising networks.

6.4 Data Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting our support team. Transaction records may be retained for legal compliance.
